Job Title: Finance Executive

The Finance Executive supports the finance team in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. This role involves handling accounts, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.

• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

• System Management: Utilize financial software and tools effectively, recommending system improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.

• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.

• Attributes: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
