TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNINGTHE EXCLUSIVE CHANGIPAY PROMOTION: GET UP TO S$30 CHANGI PAY E-VOUCHERS FROM 6
NOVEMBER – 31 DECEMBER2024 (the “Promotion”)
1. This Promotion is organized by Changi AirportGroup (Singapore) Pte Ltd. (“CAG”).
2. By participating in this Promotion, allparticipants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the followingterms and conditions and all amendments, additions, replacements, andmodifications hereto as may be made from time to time. Subject to the terms andconditions contained herein, this Promotion is open to all individuals whofulfil the criteria set out in Clause 3(a) to 3(b) and the Promotion must be redeemedby 31 December 2024, or while redemption quotas are available, whichever isearlier (the “Promotion Period”).
3. To be eligiblefor this Promotion, Participants:
a. Need toenter the referral code shown on the Changi Pay campaign pull-up banner at the Liquid Pay booth duringThe Singapore FintechFestival from 6 to 8 November2024;
b. Are newusers of Liquid Account1in Changi Pay, i.e., the digital wallet page in the Changi Application.
(each a “Participant”)
4. “EligibleTransaction” means a successful overseas peer-to-merchant QR payment madethrough Alipay+ (overseas) andDuitNow (Malaysia) via the Changi Pay digital wallet.
5. To participate the Promotion, the Participantsmust perform and complete all the following steps during the Promotion Period:
a. Register for Liquid Account1 for the first time;
b. Enter thereferral code2 on the registration page of the Liquid Account before completing the registration processon the Changi Application from 6 to 8 November 2024; and
c. Do aone-time top-up of at least S$50 into the Liquid Account via PayNow (“InitialTop-up Amount”); and
d. Make a first EligibleTransaction (with no minimum spend required) with Changi Pay by 31 December 2024.
1 Liquid Account refers to the e-money accountprovided by Liquidthat would be linked to Participant’sChangi Pay account that can be used as an e-wallet for payment.

6. Upon successful completion of one-time top-upof at least S$50 into the LiquidAccount by 31 December 2024, the Participant will beeligible to receive S$10 Changi Pay e-vouchers in their Changi Pay digitalwallet account within fourteen (14) working days after 31 December 2024.
7. Upon successful completion of the firstEligible Transaction made by 31 December 2024, theParticipant will be eligible to receive S$20 Changi Pay e-vouchers in their ChangiPay digital wallet account within fourteen (14) working days after 31 December2024.
8. This Promotion is limited to:
a. Clause 6: the first 500 Participants tocomplete the requirements will receive one (1) set of S$10 Changi Paye-vouchers.
b. Clause 7: the first 500 Participants tocomplete the requirements will receive one (1) set of S$20 Changi Paye-vouchers.
c. All e-vouchers will be awardedon a first-come, first-served basis.Limited to one (1) set ofe-vouchers per Participant for clause 6 and 7 respectively.
9. All e-vouchers are valid for a period of 6months starting from the date of receipt of the e- vouchers. No extensions,refund, or replacement shall be permitted or entertained.
10. All e-voucherscan be used for purchases atparticipating outlets at Changi AirportTerminals (both Transit and Public area, excluding Terminal 2 canteen),Jewel Changi Airport and oniShopChangi.com with no minimumspend required and it mustbe applied by the Participant in Changi Pay before paymentis being processed. 11. Participant will not qualify for the Promotionif they previously register for a Liquid Account (e.g. by deleting theirexisting Liquid Account linked to Changi Pay and subsequently registering for anew Liquid Account), if theyregistered for a Liquid Accountthrough Changi Pay before the Promotion Period,and/or if they withdraw the Initial Top-up Amount from theirLiquid Account during the PromotionPeriod. In the event that a Participant is later determined to ineligible for thePromotion, CAG reserves the right to withdraw the e-vouchers.
12. All Participants cannotqualify for any other new Liquid Accountuser promotions rolled out by CAG.
13. All e-vouchers (or any part thereof, includingunutilized portion) are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, andnon-exchangeable for cash, credits, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.The e-vouchers are subject to such furtherterms and conditions as may be stipulated on the e-vouchers. CAGreserves the right to replace or change the e-vouchers without prior notice.
14. All e-vouchers must be redeemedby the date specified withinthe e-vouchers, after which the e-vouchers shall be deemed forfeited,and there shall be strictly no extensions. CAG will not entertain any appealswhatsoever.
15. CAG shall not be responsible for anyconsequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to personand/or damage to property, arising from and/or in connection with theParticipant’s participation in the Promotion, or the Participant’s redemptionand/or use of the gifts and e-vouchers.
16. CAG’s determination on all matters relating tothe Promotion shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence and/orappeals will be entertained.
17. All Participantswhose e-vouchers have been unredeemed or forfeited shall notbe entitled to any payment or compensation.
18. All payment services relating to the use of Changi Pay are provided byLiquid Group Pte Ltd (“Liquid”). CAG is marketing the aforesaid paymentservices on behalf of Liquid.Liquid is the holder of a Major Payment Institution licenses for accountissuance, domestic money transfer,cross-border money transfer,merchant acquisition and e-money issuanceunder the Payment Services Act.
19. CAG shall not be liable for any damages, lossor inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, and each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and allclaims, damages, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG inrelation to the Promotion.
20. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolutediscretion to terminate the Promotion or to vary the terms and conditionsherein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.
21. In the event of any inconsistency between theseterms and conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to thePromotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
22. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance withthe laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all Participants hereby acceptthe exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues ordisputes related thereto.
